Medium Curls
At 330℉-350℉ ( 170℃-180℃ ),for perm or hair coloring, it is recommended to use for 12s -14s.
Tight Curls
At 360℉-390℉ ( 180℃-200℃ ), for long hair or thick hair, it is recommended to use for 14s -18s.
